This page explains what the Mosal Dental Care website collects about you and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Your dental records at our office are a separate matter, and our front desk can answer any questions about them.

What you send us

The request form on our Contact page asks for your first and last name, your email address, your phone number and a message. We use those details to reply to you and to set up your visit. Please don’t put health details in the form. Give us a call instead and we’ll talk it through.

Phone calls

The phone numbers on this website may be call tracking numbers from a service called CallRail. They ring straight through to our office. CallRail logs the number you called from, when you called, how long the call lasted and which page you were on. That helps us see how people find us.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages people read. They use cookies and collect things like your device, your browser, your rough location and the pages you view. Google explains how it handles this data at https://policies.google.com/privacy. If you’d rather not be counted, Google offers a browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Maps and directions

Our maps and the Get Directions link open Google Maps. Once you use them, Google handles that visit under its own privacy policy.

Who sees your information

Our team does, along with the companies that run this website, the form, call tracking and visitor statistics for us. We don’t sell it.

Children

This website is meant for parents and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information online from children under 13.
